Q: I see a foxybox I like on the website, only the colors don’t match my theme, can they be changed?
A: Maybe. Some of the products used to create each box only come in certain colors, so although the product may not be exactly the same, substitutions can be made to create colors that fit for your event! In order to do this, please click on the “Customize my Foxybox” link.
Q: I don’t see a foxybox on the website that fits with my event theme, can you create something for me?
A: Yes! We can create a custom foxybox for your specific theme! Click on the “Customize my Foxybox” link to let us know what your theme is and we’ll create a box specifically for you!
Q: I see it says boxes may take 3-4 weeks to ship and I need them faster, can I still get them?
A: Maybe. We have a 3-4 week ship time as each box is individually handcrafted. We do keep stock of each box, however may not have enough in stock of the particular box you desire. We can usually make more and get them to you sooner (with a rush fee) provided we have all the materials in stock! Please e-mail us at: customerservice@afoxybox.com to find out! If the foxybox design you order is in stock, they will ship out within 1-3 business days.
Q: If I create a “Custom Foxybox” will I get to see the design before I order them?
A: Yes! If you decide to create a Customized Foxybox, a non-refundable Design fee will be required for time and materials to create the box for you. We will then send a picture of the box to you to approve the design before we handcraft the amount you need for the event. Please allow sufficient time for this process (approx. 4-6 weeks).
Q: How much do “Custom Foxyboxes” cost?
A: Due to the fact that a “Custom Foxybox” is made to order, there is a non-refundable Design Fee of $50 to create the initial design. Prices of each “Customized Foxybox” ordered from that design will vary depending on size, embellishments, etc. used. Most “Custom Foxyboxes” will range in price between $8 - $12 for smaller boxes and $16 - $22 for the larger boxes, not including the Design Fee. After creating your customized design, we will let you know the cost of each box when we e-mail you your design proof. We are happy to create Custom Designs around a budget for you!
Q: What are “Limited Edition Foxyboxes?”
A: Our Limited Edition Foxyboxes are designs we create that are limited to a certain number of boxes. This number is located along with each Limited Edition design. Once these boxes are sold, they are gone! Have a Limited Edition Foxybox at your party that nobody else will have! Note: We will NOT be able to create more of the Limited Edition Foxybox designs, so if there is not enough in stock for your event, do not order them thinking we will make more!
Q: What do I do with my Foxybox after the party?
A: Use them to present a gift in, store photos or keepsakes of the event, or place them on a shelf as a piece of art! Let us know what you use your Foxybox for when the event is over: customerservice@afoxybox.com
Q: Can I find Foxyboxes in stores?
A: Not at this time. We create everything in our homes by hand and sell only online.
Q: What do you put in a Foxybox?
A: Most anything! The great thing about Foxyboxes is your guests will love the box so much they won’t be so concerned with what’s inside! Place candles, spa products, notecards, disposable cameras, packaged candy… the possibilities are endless! Use your theme to match products to your Foxybox.
Q: Does the paper shred come inside each Foxybox?
A: Yes! Each Foxybox comes with high-quality, colored paper shred to match the box design. All you have to do is place your favor inside, and you’re ready to go!
Q: Can I return Foxyboxes if I don’t like them or if I have unused boxes?
A: No. We do not accept any returns on Foxyboxes. If any of your Foxyboxes arrive damaged, please contact customerservice@afoxybox.com within 5 days to acquire a return authorization number for a replacement.
