We at Foxybox strive to make each box with a high level of quality right here in the USA, however due to the nature that each box is individually handmade, we cannot guarantee each box will be identical. While every design is made with the same paper, embellishment, etc. there may be minor differences and/or imperfections.
At this time, we do not accept returns of Foxyboxes. If your product arrives damaged, please contact Foxybox at: customerservice@afoxybox.com to acquire a Return Authorization Number within 5 days of receipt of product. We will replace your damaged product or credit you back if we are out of stock.
